If you want to add photos to your Facebook account sign in and go to your facebook page. There you will have an option to "ADD Photo / Video". Click on it with the left mouse button and you will receive 3 options between them: Upload photo / video to your page- choose that if you want to add only one photo, or Create an Album if you want to add a few photos.

If you wish to save a photo from Facebook to your computer click on it with the right mouse button and choose "save image as".
