In order to block pop ups:
In google chrome: Go to the definitions Icon on the top of your browser window and click on it with the left mouse button - > choose options -> type in "block" -> in the search results you will get privacy - content setting. click on it and many blocking option will appear. scroll down untill your reach "pop ups" and choose "do not allow any site to show pop ups".
In Internet explorer: Go to Tools at the top of your browser window - > "pop up blocker" -> "turn on pop up blocker". click on it with the left mouse button.
