If you have forgotten your password most websites that require password to access their information will also have an option to e-mail you a temporary password. Under where you need to insert your password and user name you will usually find a button that says something like “forgot my password”. Click on it and you will be asked if you want them to e-mail you a password. Say yes and access your e-mail account. Once you’ve received an e-mail from that website you will be asked to follow a list of simple procedures and answer a few questions that will help prove you are who you claim to be and eventually you will be able to re access your account after you’ve changes your password.
