Body odor has a lot to do with what you eat and even at times the medications you may be on. Change your diet away from foods that have a lot of preservatives and artificial flavorings and check any meds that you might be using to see if they can cause an odor that is released through your skin. If you eat a lot of garlic or onion, both can cause an odor to permeate through your skin pores. The pharmacy can tell you if the meds you take can cause body odor.

Take a bath or shower everyday. Take one in the morning and one in the evening if you sweat a lot or if you work somewhere with strong odors (such as the Limburger cheese factory). Shew!! Wash your entire body with soap including PTA areas and don't forget the feet. Apply deoderent under each arm pit and powder to help keep you dry. Also wear clean clothes and change your underwear and socks everyday too.
