    how do I erase your program from my computer?

    I am 85 years old with bad eyesight. I am trying to access my email andeven tried to contact you via email . I do not know what you mean by " A value is required" so my email still has not gone through. Please delete your program from my comuter as I haven't got enough eyesight left for anything except my email

      Only you can delete programs from your computer. We are not an e-mail provider. Hire a computer tech to do the maintenance on your computer. He can also increase the size of the words so you can read them better.
