    I always like the idea of pumpkin but have never tried it.

          i always cheat and buy canned pumpkin and follow the directions on the can. i dont even make the crust anymore. i cheat with it too and buy it frozen.

            Same here. The only pie I will make from scratch is apple because it can not be cheated. Canned apple is nothing like real apple.
