Obviously the head light glass is not sealing correctly. A 2008 model could still be under wattanty if so the maker should replace the offending lamps.
If it it is out of warranty your best and cheapest alternative would be to get replacement lights from a wrecker or if money is no object get new ones. If you ellect for new ones I would suggest you have them supplied and fitted by the dealer, this way you will get warranty on the new ones if not done by dealer no warranty will apply. They will blame the fitter.
