go to tools and clik on the delete temp files.
If its running slow your computer has a viris or a worm or spyware, if your security can't get rid of it
you need to take it to someone who works on computers before it crashes. be real careful of going
to unsecure sites. secure sites say http:// or http:/s before the www.hotmail.com
