    what kind of natural things can I use to , stop restless leg syndrome

    sometimes it hurts , pain will shoot up and down one leg, this happens at night mostly. A few times I've had the pain for hours. wondering, why this happens and how can I stop it. Please help me

      Have you been checked to see whether or not you have a pinched nerve? That sounds painful, sorry to hear that. Hope you get better.
