The american economy has weathered obama so far, and it will. I think really there is not too much more damage he could do. The economy has survived. Its like it had a broken leg as has started to heal , slowly. Healing too fast is not good. Obamas ideals will keep it from advancing too fast. There is a tremoundous amount of money out there , it will just get a little more tougher to acquire it and hold on to it. Obama will make sure of that. There needs to be a new invention that affects and improves society, till then , a little growth , not much. Over the last two weeks i have sold 75% of my stocks. Just waiting for obama to really screw things up even more with liberal policies.

I agree with Zorro, not necessarily about Obama, but that the economy is cyclical. It's one of those situations that when the economy is bad it seems to take a long time to recover, but he is right, there is a lot of money and wealth in our economy. Sooner or later entrepreneurs will decide its time to act and then jobs will start to come back, money will circulate

Policy changes are needed for certain. Foolish Government spending would be in order to put a halt to, and a closer look into entitlements and freud. Simple really .. pay for just what needs paying and close all loopholes.
