A visionary in sports Cesar Blacido :). That's the only reference I can think of !. And the latest reference for blacido is another sports man who also saved a game. Trust this is correct, if not enlighten me.

Freshman Jorge Blacido of Ramsey got the first goal of his Fairleigh Dickinson career, and sophomore Alejandro Bedoya scored two unassisted goals to lead the Knights' men's soccer team to a 3-0 victory over Stony Brook in Monday night's home opener.
In the 41st minute of an overcast and humid game, freshman Chris Wymer found Bedoya on a breakaway. Bedoya fed Blacido, who blasted the ball into the right corner for what would become the winner.
