      It means you clicked the follow button on 3 different questions. Click where it says, follow 3 and you will see the questions you are following. If you do not want to follow them, you can click unfollow found just under the question. Following means you will get an alert every time someone posts to that question. Following is helpful because it makes finding a question you had an interest in easy.
