    Take pictures of the pests and their droppings for evidence. Document all correspondence with the landlord. Ask landlord for help. If it is not resolved, I would think you have a case.

    write a statement and tell them you want to break your lease and why. you should keep a copy of that for yourself. why dont you ask the land owners to do something about it or buy some rat poison yourself?

    Sadly,I think you may have difficulty.A lease usually makes pest control the tenants responsibility.


    Have you asked your landlord for help with the problem? he may be willing to get the exterminators in for you if you can't afford it.
