    Eat right (go easy on the cards) and exercise...Talk with your doctor, you may need medication...

    This is a dangerous thing to play with. They call it the silent killer for a good reason. It's really scary when you have it so high you can feel it. headaches, redness in the ears and face, heavy heart beats...all this is signs of it, Ive had it. Lower your salt intake, a good cardio exercise program, meditation to de-stress and of coarse the medication daily will all help with the issue. Don't play with your heart, it is literally keeping you alive.Oh I miss read I thought it said high blood pressure...sorry.
