Get a teaspoon and measure out the sugar and look at it............

You put things on a scale and every item looks different. EPK, dolomite...talc, Alberta slip...not one thing looks the same. The ingredients look different and they weigh out differently...some are dense and others are not. jh is right...get the teaspoon out...and make a cake! We are coming over on Friday and we expect it to be decorated as well.
