We bought a 2008 Chrysler van that had SiriusXM radio. Note: this is the only vehicle that we have ever had SiriusXM radio. We have never cancelled this service.I have a copy from our bank of the check that was sent to you and cashed by you for $171.02, I wrote the check on 04-09-11 and on the back of my check is credited to payee. So I have proof that this check was sent and cashed. Service Detail was Sirius Everything 1 year $142.45, US Music Royalty Fee $15.38, Invoice Fee $2.00, State Tax $8.79, Other Tax $2.40.Total $171.02

I have been on the phone with Michael, Peggie and Hunter and have gotton no results. They are saying we received a refund check. To my knowledge we never received a refund check from your company. If you have proof of us signing a check I would like to see it.

We were told that we cancelled radio service in May, 2012 which we did not, WHY would we cancel when we paid for a year renewal? You turned off the radio service to us in the end of July, 2012. You then gave us a 3 month trail. Now you are billing us for a year.

We should be paid up until April of 2012.
