A Florida Hardship Driving license can be granted to a person that had his driver’s license suspended.
There are two types of restricted licenses that can be given with the following restrictions:
    1) BPO – Business purpose only license - marked with the letter C on driving license – This license will give the driver the privilege to drive in order to keep livelihood. The person will be able to drive from his home to his work place and back, to drive on the job, to drive to church or to a medical facility.
    2) Employment purpose only license – marked with the letter D on the driving license – This license will give the driver the privilege to drive from his home to his work place and back and to drive on the job.
