    Can officers of an LLC be paid employees of the same company?

    Yes, most LLC's owners are employees of the company, unlike "S" cooperations.


    I personally am CEO of all of my LLC's


    The point being I pay myself an annual salary and award bonus which are then taxed at the regular income rates, rather than at the higher Cooperate rates.


    I have all my corporations based is Delaware as well, to reduce the overall tax rates so I can better fund my Charities.
