    "Say I'm sorry"

    I said "i am sorry to the two customers and then they went and stabbed me in the back, do you think that's fair or unfair?

    It's unfortunate the customers felt the need to report your behavior after you apologized.  You haven't given too much information, however, so perhaps even with an apology, your behavior needed to be reported.
    Customers are the whole reason you have a job.....if there were no customers, there would be no need for you.  Remember that.....treat them with respect at all times (especially the ones you think are "stupid"). 

    its unfair some people are rude. if you said you were sorry just try to forget the rudeness  I deal with grumps all the time

    People are strange my friend....just go with the flow...develop a thick skin....it's very hard to deal with the public and in these strange economic times people will get a little more crazy than they were to begin with!...(:
