        Asking a relative stranger for sex is a form of sexual harassment. Research sexual harassment so you don't get yourself in trouble again. If the texting did not take place at work, the company is clear of responsibility.

            YES YOU CAN BE CHARGED WITH SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND POSSIBLY STUPIDITY AS WELL. Also inappropriate use of a telephone, causing mental anguish and you will probably get incarcreated for a period of time. The plus to all this is whilst you are incarcerated you will get plenty of sex, maybe not the type you had in mind but non the less sex.
