Trying to run my son off his computer, he was watching a video of Russian Prison called Black Dolphin. They do not have the problems we(USA) have with our inmates. Look it up on you tube and find out why! I have to get this boy out more! The only way out is in a pine box. No one ever leaves, until death. There murder rate is 5 times higher than the USA, and ours is insanely high.

In Russia 25% of their male population goes to prison.
