      LIKE A BOAT PROP YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PICK UP BOTTOM END TORQUE OR TOP END SPEED BY CHANGING THE PITCH BUT WHICH EVER YOU CHOOSE THE OTHER WILL SUFFER
