Then there's a problem with your mother board. You will have to have the motherboard replaced, you will loose anything stored so if you can access your computer at all, back up anything and everything you can onto an external hard drive. If your computer is still under warranty, it will be fixed for free. If not, take it to best buy (if you have one) and have their techs install a new hard drive but I have to tell you, it might be cheaper to just buy a new computer.
