    Instructions
    1
Cut two pairs of speaker wire and strip 1/2 inch of insulation from each end. The first pair of wires must be long enough to connect from the receiver to the sub. The second pair must be long enough to connect from the sub to the two front speakers.

    2
Attach the first pair of speaker wires to the left and right front speaker terminals on the back of the receiver. Lift the plastic clips on each terminal to reveal holes for the wires. Connect the red wire to the positive terminal and the other wire to the negative for consistent connections without the risk of crossing wire polarity.

    3
Connect the other ends of the speaker wires to the two Input jacks on the back of the subwoofer, taking care to connect the wire from the receiver's left speaker terminal to the left speaker terminal on the sub.

    4
Attach the second pair of wires to the subwoofer's Output jacks, then attach the other end of the left-channel wire to the terminals on the left speaker. Connect the other wire to the right speaker.
