Disabling Pop-up Blocker:
Open your web browser.
In Google Chrome:
Go to the ranch logo
Choose “Options”
Go to “Under the Hood”
In “Privacy” choose “content setting…”
In “Pop-ups” choose “Do not allow any site to show pop-ups (recommended)”
In Internet explorer:
Go to “Tools” on the top of the screen
Choose “Pop-up Blocker”
“Turn off Pop-up Blocker”
