    what causes backaches?

    Here are some of the causes of backaches:
    Obesity, carrying weights, pregnancy and being in a menstrual cycle may lead to lower backaches, elderly adults may suffer from tightening of the spinal cord (Cervical stenosis), which leads to backaches, elderly may also suffer from arthritis in the spine, which can lead to pains anywhere in the spine, injury and fractions in the back and sometimes in the shoulders can lead to pains in various places in the back, sometimes the position in which people sleep leads to backaches, sleeping on a bad mattress, deterioration of spine discs leads to pain in the back (it leads to nerves pinching), improper seating.
