If you are talking about beats per min, You would probably be dead, 80 is fairly normal 120 is dangerous. If you reach 176 you are either super human or on the verge of exploding.

High heart rate may be the result of various medical malfunctions. In my opinion, you should set an appointment with a doctor and he'll be able to give you a professional answer.

8 months ago, I hope you are still around. How did you count it so fast? You either have a lot of stress right now or just finished the 4 minute mile. See a doctor it you still can. What's the count now by the way?
