In order to send an e-mail you will first need to open your account. Go to one of the following links and sign in with your user name/ID and password:
Google mail:

Hotmail:

If you do not have an e-mail account go to one of the links above and click on “Open a new account” and fill in your details.
Then click on "Compose" or "new" and type in your message in the text box. Type in the e-mail address and e-mail subject in the relevant locations and click on "send".
