Growing marijuana in PA is forbidden, and when caught growing, a defended may be sentenced as follows:

    1. The penalty for growing 2 to 10lbs or 10 to 21 plants is a 1 year imprisonment; $5,000 (double if subsequent offense)
    2. The penalty for growing 10 to 50 lbs or 21 to 51 plants is a 3 years imprisonment, $15,000 (if subsequent offense, 4 years, $30,000)
    3. Possible probation for first offense.

The only state that I aware of where you can grow pot is CA and I'm not sure on the rules there.......

Just don't get caught and grow on someelses land.
