Freezing raw mushrooms: pick fresh mushrooms and use a clean cloth to wipe dirt off of them, place the mushrooms on a backing tray with spaces between them and freeze them as fast as possible. After they become frozen, place them inside containers and put them back in a freezer. They can be kept this way for 3 months.
