    i have redness swellen and crusty spot on my tip of nose?? and its very painfull

      Such nose spot can different things. Maybe you had been stung by some kind of an insect, or maybe it’s a small tumor that has to be removed. You need to set an appointment with your family doctor, or, if you can, with a dermatologist (a medical doctor that specializes in skin problems), so you will get a professional answer.
