      If you have poor credit, you are not going to be approved for a loan. Call your credit card companies, explain your financial hardship and ask to have your interest rates lowered and your monthly payments  reduced. Every good credit card company will work with their customers to help them pay their debts. Give it a try.

        Consumer Credit Counselling is a free service that assists people with credit and payment problems.  They can advocate for you with creditors.  At times they can combine loans.  There should be one in your Town or a nearby city.
