      If this is about a game on Facebook, just remove them from your neighbors if you're so concerned about them not sending you a cyber gift.

        don't send them anything, on some games you are only allowed to send 50 gifts, but required to have 200 neighbors. It may not be their fault they can not gift to you. Most gamers don't worry about this. It's no big deal. Do the best you can, enjoy the game, and stop worrying about the small stuff.
