      I so agree with pythonlover...the menopause is littered with unfamiliar and uncomfortable symptoms, like palpitations.  If you are at all worried about anything you are experiecing speak to a specialist health care professional, if nothing else they will reassure you of the 'normality' of it all!

        before i had my hystorectomy they gave me hormones. i thought i was going to bleed to death.

        Yes...women feel all these nasty sensations when going through the menopause.Night sweats,hot flushes,anxiety.
