Here are some natural products that are said to help in diabetes: Almonds, Salacia oblonga, Gymnema sylvestre, and foods that are said to help are ; Wholegrain bread, Grapefruit juice, Porridge oats, apples, butterbeans, hummus, lettuce. I have tried most of thses without obvious benefit, so I suggest you take prescribed medication and be sure to exercise; that I have found is the best way to lower blood sugar.
