I do not want to kill cows, lamb or pigs but for some reason I am ok with turkeys & chickens? Maybe if I saw them killed I wouldn't want to eat them either. Just becoming more sensitive to the value of life in my old age I guess.

The term is, demi-vegetarian. I would know, because I am one. Its when you eat little to no red meat.

These people whatever they are called are definitely not vegans. Vegans do not eat meat of any description nor dairy products nor eggs and only use soap or candles made from vegetable oils.

I think I heard somebody calling them healthy eaters or people in diet
You know those ancient Egytians who lived for long time ate lots of birds including chickens and turkies and seafood, they never ate red meat
