You ask others whom have had spinal issues , start with a pain doctor they have connections to good doctors , neurologist may also help as the back is complex you need to do research in your area google all the back doctors and clinics you can to get the best result.
And make sure its not a 50/50 change in an operation make sure your percentages are 85percent , back operations sometimes can cause more problems in the long run.
