      as with many cancers, it can be symptomless.  if there is something worrying you, you must talk to your doctor.

        The initial symptoms of bowel cancer include:
        • abdominal pain
        • blood in your stools (faeces) or bleeding from your rectum
        • unexplained weight loss
        • a change to your normal bowel activity that persists for more than six weeks, such as passing stools more frequently than usual diarrhea, or constipation.
