sounds like ringworms. Without a photo I can not say for sure. They do spread, and from person to person. See your health care provider.

Mites or bedbugs would be my guess.

Sounds like ring worm, you say a circle shape? There are OTC meds for it. Or just see your Dr. Easy....

You need to see a doctor (a dermatologist really)...what you are describing is too vague...could be a number of things....good luck...if you can't afford a doctor and you find the sores/lesions worrisome go to your local county hospital if you are in the US. County hospitals cannot turn you away even if you have not any insurance....but it has to be a "county" hospital.
