    i put in the wrong password. How do i change it to the right one?

    The wrong password always prevents me from logging on. When I try to change it using the forgot password procedure I fail. Please help me to erase my mistaken password and just use the one I have been using with internet explorer.

      If you have put the wrong password in it wont work so just put the correct one in ???
