The question was "WHEN DOES DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME BEGIN," not when does it END

Summer time or daylight savings (DST) begins in the spring.

When DST is not observed, it is called Standard Time, normal time or winter time.

We are currently IN DST and that ENDS November 6th
