    3. my computer shuts down in the middle of videos. not a system crash just turns itself off completly. When it restarts it prompts me to go to safe mode as if I had shut it down without allowing it to shut down the programs. Can never find it when I have it at the shop.Any thoughts on what could be wrong and how to fix it?

      Is it a laptop? Do you have a cooling pad under it? Is it a PC. Have you cleaned it recently to make sure the cooling fans can do their job? Check the back of the CPU to make sure the exhaust vents are clear of dust. It sounds to me like you computer is overheating.
