        Gout is a type of arthritis in which joint inflammation occurs as a result of uric acid build-up in blood. The cause of uric acid build up in blood can be either when the body cannot get rid of it, or when the body creates too much of it.
        Gout migh be acute or chronic:
        - Acute gout is a painful condition that typically affects one joint.
        - Chronic gout is characterized by repeated episodes of pain and inflammation, which may involve more than one joint.
