In order to know what Internet Explorer version you use do as follows: open Internet Explorer, click the 'Help' menu and choose 'about Internet Explorer'. If you use the 32-bit version, you will see the number 32 on the version line.
As I learned from online data sources, computers' operation systems have both 32 and 64-bit versions of Internet Explorer, both of which can be found as follows: click the Windows-sign-marked start button, chooe all programs, and scroll untill you'll see both 'Internet Explorer 64' and 'Internet Explorer' icons.
