      They might be too poofy, running the risk of dipping your noggin under.

        They are impractable for aircraft use.There are "survival suits' used by ship's crews that are full flotation one piece from foot to hood.They also provide limited cold water protection.They are sometimes called "gumby suits" for the way they look and are made from neoprene rubber.
