        Never heard of "water on the pelvis". Oh my could be many things causing fluid in the pelvic cavity one particularly bad is Liver disease.

        first of all, go to a doctor. Secondly, it might be something like " water on the knee "......which is bursitis....... an inflamation so bad that it causes a sack of water behind the knee that has to be drained.
