Believe it or not, they now call it a color. I guess some people had too much trouble getting the whole non color bit so now everything is a color.
Yeah I know Colleen.I'm just reverting to my tech college days when we were forced to learn all of this stuff.I never realized then how useful it would end up being.

Sort of.With "clear" there are still visible rays of light that can be separated by passing it through a prism.When all colors are blended it is black.I'm not even sure of my answer now.It is only a sliver of memory from high school physics,a long time ago...
OK now I think I remember.With reflectivity of light all colors are reflected back giving the perception of white.With black all colors are absorbed and it appears black.WOW I had to move a lot of cobwebs to get to that one!!!
