    My shark steam mop quit heating the water to make stream to clean

    You are not alone many complaints have been filed against this mop.

    The heating element has probably has gone bad. As far as I can tell there are no heating parts available for these. You will have to junk your mop and buy a new one. The mop does have a 1 year warranty and details of that are on the link I have below for the manuals.
