    Facebook is becoming more unfriendly and irresponsible. It says not to send friend requests or add the persons as friends unless they are known to the person making request. How it is humanly possible to any person to know all the persons in the face book? It is reduculous. It is desirable to improve the performance of the facebook or otherwise it is better to close facebook. permanently

      Your expectations might exceed the limitations and guidelines of facebook.  It would seem that you are interested in contacting complete strangers who are not connected to you through your 'friends'.
