      The 2012 Farmers Almanac has the WASHINGTON/OREGON area in ZONE 1 on page 70.


      July 2012 says: Warm and Wet. Temperatures a few degrees above normal in both states (Norm. 65-73 degrees west and 68-73 east) Precipitation above normal all areas. (Norm 1/2" west and east)
